Information Notice: On May 26, 2025, the Eastern Africa Power Pool (EAPP), executing the EAPP Institutional Capacity Building Project in Ethiopia under Loan No. 2100155043121 financed by the African Development Bank, awarded a consulting services contract for a Local Financial Auditor. The selection was conducted through the Least Cost Selection (LCS) method. The Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on November 8, 2024, with technical and financial proposals opened on December 13, 2024, and February 17, 2025, respectively. Following the Bank’s approval of the negotiated draft contract on April 25, 2025, the contract was awarded to Alan Arthur Bromhead Certified Audit Firm, a British firm based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for a total amount of USD 6,900. The contract, which covers audit services for the project, will commence on June 9, 2025, and will span a period of three (3) years.
