SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE FOR EAPP STAFF | JULY 2024

The Eastern Africa Power Pool (EAPP) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Project Preparation of the Horn of Africa Regional Integration for Sustainable Energy Supply (HOARISES) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for procurement of office.

The Eastern Africa Power Pool (EAPP) invites quotations for Supply of Additional Office Furniture for new staff as described in the Request for Quotations (RFQ). To qualify for award, a bidder shall meet the requirements set out in the Sections II and

Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018, and November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

The quotations submitted by bidders shall be received by the Eastern Africa Power Pool on or before the date and time and in the manner specified in Section

The information contained in the RFQ is designed to enable bidders to complete and submit quotations. Bidders shall read the RFQ carefully and ensure quotations comply with instructions provided in the  RFQ.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address specified in Section II immediately after bid submission
